  • Tim Kauffman, Assistant Vice President at the bank’s Country Club Village location, is a member of the Westminster City Council and previously served as the city’s Mayor Pro Tem. He is a board member of the Westminster Economic Development Authority, Westminster Housing Authority, Jefferson Economic Council and the Colorado Chapter of Mennonite Economic Development Associates.
  • Grail Kister, Market President at the bank's Country Club Village location, is a member, founder, past chairman of the Front Range Community Collage Foundation; past president and founder of City of Westminster WEDA Board; present, past board member, treasurer and secretary of the Metro North Chamber of Commerce; founder, past president and member of the Hyland Hills Foundation. He has also served as Chairman of the Planning Commission for the City of Westminster for 12 years; board member and treasurer of ARC of Adams County since 1986; past member of the City of Northglenn Urban Renewal Authority - NURA Board along with numerous other boards and commissions.
  • Bill Maestas, Director of Business and Community Development, is active in several community groups, including: former Board member of Mercy Housing, Colorado, The Women’s Bean Project, Big Brother/Big Sisters, treasurer of The Rocky Mountain Minority Supplier Development Counsel, and loan committee member for Business Capital of Colorado. He currently serves on the boards of the Broomfield Economic Development Corporation, Colorado Enterprise Fund, Denver Civic Ventures, Inc., Denver Small Business Development Center, Hyland Hills Foundation, Colorado Alliance of Microenterprise Initiatives, he supports Mi Casa Resource Center for Women and is a Westminster Rotarian.
  • Gloria E. Reynolds, Assistant Vice President & Branch Operations Manager at the bank’s Downtown location, is a member of the LoDo Rotary Club and currently serves as the RYLA Representative 2008. RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards)is a life-changing leadership training program for young men and women where leadership skills and principles are learned, developed and enhanced in an atmosphere of trust and respect. The purpose of RYLA is to encourage and assist current and potential youth leaders in methods of responsible and effective leadership. Additionally, Gloria launched The Money Smart Training project in December 2005, which provides adolescent girls with the money management skills necessary to be self sufficient in life. The program provides two training sessions each month, which consist of presentations, Q & A, and role play.
